Marla Lepore | PRESIDENT Marla Lepore is a seasoned writer, editor and marketing communications professional
who conceptualizes and delivers results-driven marketing campaigns and tactics. She has more than 15 years of experience in
corporate communications, with particular expertise in newsletters, collateral, sales tools, public relations, customer loyalty
programs, white paper development, event planning and ghostwriting. Before
founding Marla Ink Productions, Marla served as Vice President of Marketing for ELI, a training company, where she was responsible
for planning and directing all strategic marketing, communications, public relations, client service and branding activities.
Among her accomplishments, she developed and oversaw the company's 20th anniversary conference; secured expert interviews
with national publications such as the New York Times, the Christian Science Monitor and Inc. Magazine; and managed the redevelopment
of the company's website. Prior to her role in marketing she served as Vice
President of Program Development at ELI, overseeing all aspects of training program development, including instructional design,
editing, video scriptwriting and production, publishing and packaging. 
Before joining ELI, Marla was the Director
of Marketing for NAI/Brannen Goddard Company, a commercial real estate firm, and Manager of Creative Services at Burnham,
an international logistics company. She has been published in industry trade journals and has written, co-written and ghostwritten
numerous articles, white papers and editorials. Marla grew up in Shreveport, LA, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration
in Writing from Tulane University in New Orleans. She completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative
Leadership and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
