Season's Greetings and a Little Food For Thought

The crowds, the shopping, the relatives, the travel, the never-ending to-do lists...it can only mean one thing: The holidays have snuck up on us again. As 2008 winds down to a close (at breakneck speed for some!), I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for all your support and partnership during Marla Ink's inaugural year.

While the economy has been looming heavily on everyone's minds over the past few months, I'm encouraged by so many of you -- your enthusiasm, energy and forward-thinking attitudes are the proof that, downturn or no, there is opportunity out there if you have the right approach, messages and strategies. I'm looking forward to getting the ink flowing on many exciting partnerships and innovative projects in 2009 and beyond.
 
And, since most of us are indulging in the time-honored December tradition of abandoning our diets, this special issue of Marla Ink News is designed to give you food for thought - calorie-free tidbits to fill your brain, not your stomach. Enjoy!
